With the introduction of the EUCD and C-car platform (S-Max, new Mondeo etc.) the batteries are fitted in such a way, that the minus terminal of the battery is not accessible anymore.
Instead of that, there is fitted an extra cable from the hidden minus terminal to the chassis.
The EXP-1050 produces a 11-digit test code and allows to print the test result by using the optional Infra-red printer.
